Do you think there is any planned attack on Britain and the USA?

Do you think there really is an attack planned for the USA, or have the British Police once again cocked-up big style.

I believe this is to take the pressure of John Reid and the chief of Police, however this only my opion.

Regardless of whether its real or fabricated, the government of my country (the USA), and of yours most likely, will seize the opportunity to engage in fear-mongering. My government has declared "orange alert". What the f_ck does that mean to me? Will I do anything different tomorrow? NO. Will I be any more safe then I would if it were "blue alert"...or "red alert"?? NO. Will it do anything to stop future terror plots? NO. Will it secure our porous borders? NO. It's merely a tool to whip the public into a fearful frenzy and further distract them from the fact that their privacy, freedoms, and civil liberties are slowly but surely being stripped away. By keeping the ignorant masses in fear, they can more easily assert their control. Sad, eh?
So what's more scary? The label of "terrorist" or a government that abuses that label for its own political gain?

There might have been plans in case Hilter effectively invaded. past to WWII, the U.S. armed forces replaced into particularly small and would not have had the flexibility or ability to invade super Britain.

maybe i'm missing something ... but shurely the whole point is that they've already arrested loads of people so if there was an attack planned it's unlikely to happen withh the involvement at least of those arrested ... so i guess we have to wait now to see what the evidence is against them or even if there's enough to take them to court to decide whow real the threat was.

Well were not really planning to attack usa, we just hate the fact the W.G.bush is giving the nuclear to isreal if he does it again lol it's gonna be the end of the world for him, he desevers it . but what i can't believe i don't wanna be rude but because i'm an american........ but all of you americans believe every bull **** that comes out of his mouth and say"good this is happening to the muslims they desever it " . you all should know we don't and nither do you not only american's it's also britain . they make up a passport and say "we come from muslim countries".

There is really no way to tell.Its better though doing what they are doing right now instead of this "attack" happening and costing hundreds of lives and millions in airplanes. You can replace airplanes, you cant replace people.

I think there really was a planned attack. I am not sure about the liquid explosive though.
