Let me try to understand what it is that you are asking. Earth has Water Problems Now - - - there may appear to be a lot of water but not all of it can be consumed. However all water can be treated so that it can be consumed. WIthin fifty years most of the water YOU and others drink will be recycled urine. That is why Water is Critical - - - as for all that soil it is increasingly covered with concrete as the population of Earth creeps to Ten Billion. Since increasingly most Americans drink some sort of beverage concotion it might not be so bad to be drinking recycled urine but a few of us on Earth appreciate clear pure out of an ancient well water - - - most of which is gone !!!

Because less than 1% of the water availabe is fresh water. Usage of sea water (desalination) is a very expensive process.
Well lets hope we comeup with a cheaper solution to tap sea water

Desalinization is one method being used today. Using the water from the ocean. It has been successfully used in Israel for many years.. turning a desert into an oasis.

though we have 3/4 of water it's all saline water which cannot be used in anyway.there fore if all the fresh water on the land gets over, that's it it's over!
