Normally, a good busboy helps a Waitress earn her tips. If a restraunt is busy, he clears and sets the tables quick for the Wait person. So, that Waiter needs to give a percent of their tips to the bus boy.

Depending on the location they may just get a flat pay or they may also get a small percentage of tips left. But if your question is do they get additional tips then no. Have you ever left extra, and known it would go to the busboy? :)

Two of my sisters are servers and they always give a portion of their tips to the busboys. It's so that their tables are kept up, and to be remembered as being nice, and so that the busboys won't steal their tips off the tables. Busboys make more hourly than servers.

This depends on restaurant policy, but most likely the wait staff is required to tip out the bus boys.

Even if it is not a requirement, I would still throw them some cash for helping you out. Just think... if they didn't help you clean your tables you wouldn't have made the $.
(This of course does not apply if they are not helping. If you are doing more of the cleaning, don't feel obligated)

continuously bus "human beings" ( busboys or bussers ) get on a daily basis assistance depending upon a percentage the waiter or waitress receives from his/her shift. the guidelines are on a daily basis and that's for each eating position of each shift you artwork so if operating on a daily basis you receives a fee on a daily basis assistance.

It all depends on the restaurant. Sometimes they are. Sometimes servers will give them money so their tables are cleared faster. Some restaurants pay their bussers over minimum wage so they don't get a share in the tips. It is all different.
