increasing height above your genetic potential is impossible unless u use stuff like special shoes(qwhether they work is debatable) or hormone treatment.
to increase weight it depends. if u want to get fat just eat all you can especially fats(NOT RECOMENDED) but if u wasnt to be musculur eat more protien stuff about 2.5 grams of protien per kilogrm of body weight
