Ricardo is the better keeper now because Kahn is too old. His reflexes aren't what they once were. At his peak though Kahn was possibly the second best goalkeeper of all time behind Peter Schmeichel.

I think Ricardo (POR) is so much better than Kahn (GER). With more exercise, I won't be surprised if Ricardo replaced Buffon as the best keeper.

Kahn is excellent but I would go with Ricardo (not because he blocked three penalties LOL!). I think he's quite talented and will enjoy a career even better than Oliver.

A hard choice if I have the two keepers playing for my team. Ricardo is super cool in front of goal while Kahn is sharp. Its a tie.

um i think oliver kahn is past his best coz he is approaching nearly 40. i think ricardo is good at penalty shootouts, but i think oliver kahn a few yrs ago was the best. but at this very moment i would have to say ricardo and he is an improving goal keeper

at the peak of his career kahn was better than ricardo..he even received the lev yashin award for his performance in the 2002 worldcup..although ricardo didn't receive the award this year but everybody knows that his performance was trully excellent..so..it's hard but i've to say that kahn is better than ricardo..

ricardo is better than kahn that's enough that he is the first goalkeeper in world cup history who saved 3 penalties.
