if the records show that at such and such a time you have ended a certain process where do you go to delete this info

I don't know of any place where u would commonly see that info, and I think task manager only shows programs currently running. I'm sure it's buried somewhere in DOS though. Or do u mean how do u delete such info from your parents spy software? If it's the later you scre*ed. You better start trying to figure out their password.

No it will not unless it is a service that has been installed on the operating system assuming there is no logging system that has been installed on the PC. Most events are captured in the 'Event Viewer' under Administratice Tools in the Control Panel assuming you have Windows 2000, XP Professional or 2003 installed.
