I am an African working with Arabs in an Arabic Country but i feal that most of them do not give me the respect i deserved obviously not all of them some are really nice.

Generally speaking, people who like to belittle others have a 78% chance that they were not breastfed when they were infants. There is also a 90% chance that they received insufficient cuddles from their mother in infancy.
Blame their parents, I guess...
