There is a map in China depicting Queen Maud's Land --that is Antarctica before it was covered with ice, showing rivers and cities. I would have to say Antarctica. I have been compiling evidence to the effect that survivors of a huge catastrophe have left us messages that cannot be deciphered without upsetting the status quo. For example; "the Terracotta" warriors, the Nazca lines in South America, the preserved writings that we insist in calling primitive art and the pyramids in Egypt. It doesn't matter that all the survivors resemble each other--that would damage the theory of evolution. So we need something as major as the discovery of cities under the compressed ice. Piri Reis' map speaks of such.

Easter Island
Stranded in isolation, 2000 miles from the nearest inhabited shore, Easter Island has become famous as one of the most mysterious places in the world. Known in ancient times as Te Pito o te Henua (the Navel of the World), the island is most famous for its massive statues recognized throughout the world. But a plethora of other enigmas have intrigued researchers as well.
