I used to use this but cancelled my btinternet broadband service

you will find that it has been cancelled as well ,
maybe try the btinterent home page and check mail from there if you cant access it ,you will need to set up another email account with someone else and try to imform as many as you can that the address has changed.

Unless you had the BT/Yahoo! account then most likely when you cancelled your btinternet account your e-mail was deleted. Each Internet Service Provider (ISP) handles their own mail and normally does not allow e-mail access without charge.
If you had the BT/Yahoo mail then you were most likely given a Yahoo e-mail account which you can access at http://mail.yahoo.com. Log in using your user name (your e-mail address up to the @ symbol) and password.

if youve terminated you bt account then the emailk address has probably been closed
you could try to access it via Yahoo
select their email option
specify the userid as
specify the password
it may work, I doubt it, but its worth a try

You can try accessing it @ http://edit.europe.yahoo.com/config/login?.intl=uk&.partner=bt-1&.done=http%3a//bt.yahoo.com/%3f
It appears the mail services are handled via yahoo, so your mail account may still be intact, but no guarentees, many ISPs delete your mail account when you disconnect service with them.

go to Yahoo home page,where your name is ( middle right hand side)click on it log in as different user ie bt name
