According to the numbers done on a survey I read (sorry couldn't find it again or I'd a posted a link) The majority of riders in the U.S. are white males. When you see someone riding that is not a white male that trips the "gee that looks strange" part of your brain. Doesn't make you racist, it makes you observant.

I'm going to take your question at face value. I'm assuming that by "strange" you simply mean unusual.
In Milwaukee, most of the people you see riding are white, so someone who is black tends to catch your eye. Kind of like women who ride.
I have no idea what the statistics may actually be; this is just what I've noticed.

Huh? The only strange thing I see out there is the scooter craze. Big ole 400 pounders look strange on a little 49cc scooter. Heck, they even look strange on a 250cc scooter.
Maybe it's the scooter.

Oh, bullsh!t. I've been riding for 35 years and they look strange to me. Its because motorcycling has been considered a leisure time activity, for them, while whites and mexicans have been living on the things since the end of WW 2.
Just to take the heat off you, a little, let me propound my theory of the racial unconscious and the horsemanship backround of whites and Latins compared to blacks and how that relates to motorcylcing..
Oh. I just did.

That's probably the heavily tinted bigot shades that you wear. Try taking them off and people tend to look the same, whatever they're doing.

I don't think any particular race of people look "strange" riding motorcycles...some individuals do, but that may be due to how they are dressed or how they are carrying themselves while on the bike.

That is a mental block you and others may have, possibly from not being exposed to a wide variety of environments.

since you have not had the experience of observing all black people on the planet riding their motorcycles then I consider your question to be without validity and not worthy of consideration and just pure nonsense

The slits in your white hood probably make everything look 'strange'.
