I got failing grades in a university. Because I don't want my future employer to know that I had failing grades, I would like to enter another university as a freshman again, without informing them about it. Could that be possible?

No. Sorry, but the university you attended previously has records of your enrollment. Besides which, lying would be unethical and could hurt you eventually, even insofar as losing whatever great job you hope to land. It's not worth it. Inform the university (the application should ask) and write a killer entry essay. Goodluck.

That is possible. If you are not using the tuition re-imbursement from your employer, there is no reason for the university or employer to find about it if you go to another university. Any way, if you are planning to study further, why dont you stick on to the same university and study harder?
