Yes, if you mean you want to use Yahoo! web email client. Yahoo! does not offer smtp or imap email access yet, as far as I know. So you can email from a browser, but not from your desktop email client. I assume they provide the same services to all users, of course. If you're concerned about the top level domains (.com, .net, .org, or a country code) being different, don't sweat it because it doesn't matter. Good luck!
