Interesting. I think both sexes are vying for control and both parties seem to not be interested in compromise because someone always tries to get one up on the other.
Guys think women have "the power" because they can "easily crush" a man's ego when they turn them down. I find this a bunch of manure, because girls will take a chance to talk to a guy and open themselves up for rejection too. Girls think guys have the power -- because they are in the White House and run this country and tend to make more money than girls do. And because guys pull the "if you don't sleep with me, there's ten girls out there who will," and they're right.
Women are still trying to define themselves post sexual revolution and the boys are still smarting from the fact that women have had the audacity to "wake up" and ask for equal pay. Men have confused the equal rights by confusing civility and good manners with chivalry and thus effectively withholding all in the name of "equality", claiming women "want to have their cake and eat it too and if women want to be treated equally they don't get the door opened for them/chair pushed for them/bags carried for them" when the men are JUST as guilty of the very same concept. The lady in the boardroom and whore in the bedroom and she better be Betty damned Crocker in the kitchen! They don't mind the women bringing home the bacon but she better be taking care of the house and kids and looking good while doing it -- and lord help her if she gets tired or has the gall to say she is! Why, according to some male friends of mine, they believe that women have had it easy for years and shouldn't have rocked the boat.

It depend on many factors,but one of it,its the financial
In short,whoever have more $$$,he/she had more control than the other party.Love doesn't play any main role nowdays.

look dear u r asking such questions just because u've not known any girl so far....rite???aneways when u'll know some girl then u'll find that theres no difference between any girl and a guy accept physical differences....they are one soul ....within each of us there is God ,,,then how can the god be more powerful on one side n lesser on the other side....i know it might be sounding disgusting to u rite now but brother do think about it....once

Women definately have more control because unlike men they don't think with their genitals but realize the fact that men do therefore allowing them to "request" favors, gifts etc. from the man which he willingly does in hopes that his actions will allow him access to the woman.
