cannot close hands to grip and feels as though they are on fire hurts like hell. please help

yep use the deep heat spray or patches you can get from boots should help especially if you leave the patch overnight

Sorry to hear you have pain. Cod liver oil will help long time as maybe a copper band on the wrists. Your own GP may be able to help with pain relief though you need to be careful with this because of OD.

My husband had this in his foot years ago and was prescribed a cream or gel from the doctor and it really helped. Sorry it was that long ago I can't remember what it was called, I just remember that it was yellow.

i have tendenitus in my right arm so i take aleve three times a day and it never bothers me but if that dorsn't work i say go to a doctor
