when i try to speak I cannot because my mouth is full and i cannot swallow the food! what does this dream mean please??

a full mouth of food in your dream denotes your need to express yourself or talk about an issue that's bothering you.
On the other hand, maybe you have said too much and you need to keep your mouth shut.
you're not able to say what you mean, who is preventing you from speaking out?
are you being spoon fed a load of lies and you cant express your own opinion??

It could well be a night panic attack in sleep and the result of a past event concerning choking on food or water. If you tend to snore your mouth may become dry and hard to swallow when a sleep. Have some water by the bed to drink.

There is a connection between what you want to say and 'what feeds you'.
You probably have some issues with the one feeding you but dare not speak to them out loud. Could be parents, boss or even the one doing the cooking.
Or food could be more 'ethereal' and we are talking teachers who feed you so much information you are unable to swallow of from an opinion of your own.

Unable to speak = problem communicating
cannot swallow the food = problem digesting thought from others.
It could be that you may have problems in your social life especially communicating with others. You projected that difficulties in dream to imply you that you may have problem in public speaking. Often, you can't control your speech because of some sort of problems. It could be shyness or nervousness

IMHO, I believe this means that in your life there are situations that you don't necessarily agree with that you cannot speak out about or have not spoken out about. The fact that your mouth is full and you can't talk represents that you have something to say that isn't getting said and needs to be?
