chances are that even with a double bed u will still fall off.it cud be plain simple that u sleep badly

If your back hurts it's more likely to be due to a dodgy matress than the actual size of it. You will become accustomed to sleeping on a narrower bed and fall off it less though.

change the mattress or put a softer pad on the bed
if you still uncomfertable
1)put the mattress on the floor
2) put a pillow each side of you
i never have trouble sleeping weather a bed or a chair

Only if you're a child or a very teeny tiny person. My hubby and I have a superking size bed and that's only just big enough for us as I like to stretch out like a starfish!

Get a better mattress. If you have the room a double does let you spread out a bit (so long as there's nobody in the way).

i love my single bed! try putting a duvet on top of ur matress with ur sheet over it as well as one over you its ssssoooo comfy!!sweet dreams!
