Yes, it will, but it will take them another 10-20 years of sustainable growth , in order to achieve this. The population growth has to be controlled also.

may be in year 3006, please do not see the picture of mumbai or delhi, please also be informed about the other areas other than these cities, the rural india. people are below poverty line.
