The piercer will mark the spot on your ear. They will ask you if that's where you want it. Then they will apply alcohol then place the starter stud (make sure its 14 karat gold) in the piercing gun line it to the mark and squeeze the gun and the stud and the earring back is in. Keep it clean with alcohol and turn the stud regulary so the blood inside the hole wont harden.

earpiercing is really quick and easy , they numb it first i believe and then use a gun to pierce the earlobe , or if doing it at home you take 2 ice cubes on each side of the earlobe to numb it then take a needle and pierce the earlobe , but if you do it that way make sure the needle is sterile and you have a lot of paper towels to catch the blood.....also it will hurt after the numbing wears out...

Get it done from a professional , keep ice ready, always start with wearing gold ear rings as they will not cause infection & be mentally prepared for the pain which will come sooner or later.

Someone should tell you about your bad habit of butchering the English language.
Whats to tell? They put holes in your ears and then you can wear earrings.

they pierce your ear and then you can wear earrings in them!
