This technique is hundred years old, commonly used by the Arabs and is the most powerful penis enlargement technique know to man.

The jelq technique was reportedly first used by Arab tribesmen centuries ago as part of the passage from puberty to manhood. A symbol of masculinity and power in many cultures, a thick manly penis is an object of desire for many women and an object of envy by our less-endowed brothers.

How the Jelq Works?


Unlike anything you will ever come across, this technique will lengthen and thicken your penis. Jelq works because as you milk your penis, you are forcing blood into spaces in the Corpora Cavernosa.

As you jelq your penis, the spaces in the penis continually stretch larger and larger, breaking down the cell walls within the Corpora Cavernosa (erectile tissue). Over time, the spaces just keep getting larger and stronger, healing at night while you sleep. The technique also stretches the tissues of the penis as well as the suspensory ligament, which will help to lengthen the penis.

Notes
The jelq technique is best performed in a semi-erect state (1/2 to 3/4 erect) Results cannot be obtained until a partial erection is present. If you have trouble achieving a partial erection, you may need to stroke yourself to a full erection and then let it subside somewhat.

Your choice for lubrication is a crucial one, because if you choose one that evaporates easily then you will become tired of reapplying it. Your best choices for jelqing is vaseline, mustard oil or baby oil with Vitamin E added. It is a good lube for exercise plus it is also nice to apply to your penis and testicles after showering to keep them healthy.

If you feel the uncontrollable urge to ejaculate while performing jelq, you have a very weak and poorly developed ejaculatory muscle "PC.” Upon the first sign of ejaculation, stop and wait for the feeling to subside. This will also teach restriction that will help when you make love. You need to really focus on ejaculation control techniques if you cannot help but to ejaculate when jelqing.

Jelqing requires more pressure and a tighter grip than the other penis enlargement exercises. You will want to apply pressure just to the point where you feel slight discomfort and then release very slightly so that you are gripping as firmly as you can without causing discomfort. This additional pressure is one of the primary reasons that we caution against performing it with an erect penis.

DO NOT jelq in the shower! Most men will not stand up for the amount of time needed to have a good jelq session, and if you use soap you will be sore for days. For your sake, do not jelq in the shower and do not use soap.

Exercise Variations

In addition to the jelq exercises introduced in the exercises section, I'd like to introduce one more exercise using the jelq technique. This exercise requires the constant use of two hands.


Steps Instructions
1. Massage your penis until it reaches 60-80% erection.
2. Use your left hand and make an "OK" sign with your thumb and index finger and grip tightly around the head of your penis. Exert a light stretch.

3. Using the right hand, starting from the base of the penis, slowly pull (milk) towards the penis head. It should take 2-3 seconds to reach the glans.
4. Once the right hand meets the first hand at the glans, release its grip and return the right hand to the base.
5. Repeat from step 3 to step 4. Alternate hands if needed.
6. Perform the exercise for 5 minutes.

Jelqing is said to make your penis bigger, but many say it does not work. And from what I can tell, you do not have to much of a clue of this and how to even do it without damaging your penis. Even doing it correctly can cause damage to your penis. The most common and not so bad of a side effect of jelqing is discoloration. You should read up on how to do it if your going to be doing it. But now to answer your questions anyways. 1. You should not do be doing each stroke no faster than less than 3-5 seconds. Optimal is about 10 secs per stroke the longest, unless you really wanna go slow which is not advised. So if your taking about 3-10 secs per stroke I would say about 6 to 20 strokes per minute. 2. You could do a certain amount of reps a day. For starters it best to start with about 25 strokes/reps and work your way up to about 200 reps at least. If your going by time then for starters it would be best to start with about 5-10 mins and work your way up to 30 minutes, never do this more than a hour tho. 3. Some jelq once a day then take a break for a day, some jelq 2 days and then take 1 day off, and the most you should jelq is for 5 to 6 days and only taking 1 day off. I advise the 2 day jelq then the 1 day off because resting is very important for you to see any growth. 4. A break should be at least 1 day long. I do not like the 5 day jelq and only 1 day rest. If you jelq for 5 days you should at least 2 to 3 days off. The rule is that for every day you jelq, cut those days in half and that should be your resting time. Example: 5 days of jelqing = 2 in a half days of resting/break. 2 days of jelqing = 1 day of resting/break. 3 days of jelqing = 1 in a half days of resting/break. 5. You should never jelq more than 80% of an erection, so try not to jelq when you are hard or it will cause major damage to your penis. You probably should also not jelq 20% or less of an erection, it will have no effect and can cause damage to your penis. I would say a safe range would be right in the middle = 50% erection.

Jelqing can damage tissue and cause scaring if done incorrectly. Here is a step by step on how I achieved my results:

1. warm up the tissue (either by showering) or with a warm cloth.
2. use the proper lubrication prior to starting (coconut oil is a safe and popular choice)
3. ensure that your penis is about 60-70 percent erect and NEVER jelq with a fully erect penis
4. touch your index fingers to your thumbs with your pinky fingers pointing away from you.
5. apply medium pressure to the base of you penis and slowly caress it to the tip of your penis for around 5 minutes with 2-3 second intervals (applying pressure opposite to the curve in your penis can also give you a straighter penis)

Note:
You normally obtain quicker results with a firmer grip but, you want to make sure you do not apply too much pressure during the exercise.

Warnings:

1. never jelq when your penis is fully erected
2. never jelq without using lubrication
3. failing to warm the tissues prior to jelqing will greatly prolong the results
4. if you start experiencing pain, STOP what you are doing and troubleshoot what you were doing wrong (you may of been applying too much pressure)

Results will vary depending upon person to person. Results will include a thicker penis which is the first thing you notice and that result can come in the first month. The next can be a straighter penis if you are trying to obtain that as well. You'll eventually notice results in he length of your penis but, that usually takes around a full year and it is usually very minimal such as half an inch. If done long enough, you should eventually obtain a full inch or pretty close to it.

It is safe if you use common sense. Some people want to see results the same day they start jelqing and end up hurting themselves.
