yeah, I broke him out. It was crazy, there were guards and Elmo's everywhere. We got about 3 miles away from the rehab center when all of a sudden big bird cam swooping down and snagged up CM. It was like a scene out of the Wizard of Oz or something. You should have seen it! I had to sneak back into the center and get past the Grover Guards. I wound up throwng Ernie into the guard tower after paying him to strip for Grover(I heard Ernie loved it so much that he and Grover wound up going home together). I broke into CM's room to find him laying in a pool of chocolate and half baked cookies. I leaned over him to see if he was still breathing when he blew chocolate chunks in my face. I rinsed off as fast as I could, and broke CM out of the joint. Me and him have been hiding in Oscars garbage can ever since.

I don't think he ever went into rehab, cause he wouldn't be cookie monster if he din't LOVE cookies, he'd simply be "monster" then who would love him then? his addiction is part of his charm.

I heard that they let him out of rehab, but he just crumbled at the first sight of an Oreo and had to be readmitted.
