there re three pillars of building body : 1. healthy diet 2. sound sleep 3. exercise

eat healthy food rich in protein , sleep sound, and exercise properly....do swimming for two days a week and weight training for four days a week with a seperate day schedule for each part......it will give u nice toned muscles

Swimming is the best really, but try a number of sports hich use different muscles.

Triathletes are always ripped! Eat more food or supplement your diet with protein shakes or slimfast shakes between meals (sounds strange I know, but its a healthy balanced meal in a shake - so its not just burgers for instance).

Well if you don't like going to fitness or any other kind of sport then just klay down on the bed light up a cigarette and dream about you having a great body and doing nothing for that... we don't like skinny guys, my brother is very skinny and he smokes a lot he doesn't have a ny butt in his pants and he look awful...

As the others have said, swimming and rowing are the best options (and great for cardio-vascular too) - you can also invest in a few weights and a bench and get the body beautiful at home...

Oh yeah - quit the cigs, you look like a loser, knackers your body, you're prone to die young and it's a painful death too...

Based on my nursing schoolmate, you don't need to have your body building first. Because, it's really bad to see someone's posture having a muscle but a thin, right.
