Put an end to the confusion and tell him that you will not be party to hurting your friend to fulfill his sexual desires.
If you value your friendship with your best friend, you will destroy everything if you allow him to do his dirty deeds. It says a lot about his ethics and his character if he is willing to hurt his girlfriend for another woman.
Another factor to consider is that history repeats itself. Let's assume that you did decide to sleep with him. How long would that last before he was sleeping with another woman, and then another. You would just be putting yourself in line to be another victim of a man with little concern for hurting others.
My advice is to tell him that you refuse to do anything to hurt your best friend. Tell him that you have given though to his requests and you are asking him to stop trying to sleep with you or build a deeper friendship with you because you have your best friends' interests in your heart - just as he should. Let him know that you WILL tell her if he tries to get you to change your mind or if he continues to pursue you.
If he decides to break up with her so he can be with you, show him the door. It will hurt you just as much if he goes straight to you immediately after leaving her and you will still be setting yourself up for pain and heartache (as well as a possible accidental pregnancy if something goes unexpectedly wrong - would he be a responsible father?).

my gosh. You should really tell your best friend about this. Just imagine how many others girls he must have been messing around with. Just be honest to your best friend. The truth hurts, but she will be happier in the end.

maybe he will dump his GF and do the same 4 u when he c an other girl he likes

don't tell her, but try to get out more on your own with other friends and try to meet someone yourself, put him off by saying you will tell her, but don't tell her that.
Tell him he's no good for her if he keeps this up. But be careful, she might think you're jealous and it might upset the friendship. So tread with care.
