Well...fabric paininting is not as tough to learn as it may look honey. First prepared to be patient. U need to choose the cloth first, say a bedspread...table cloth etc. U need a frame upon which u can fix the fabric. U can easily get fabric colors..can be used from the bottle. Try to use a thin brush. Once u have all these follow these steps :

Trace the design to the cloth.
Fix the cloth on the frame. The design shud be inside the frame.
Dip the brush on the paint and start filling the design outlines. And try to go from the inside to outside. And try to go from the inside to outside.
After u finish, leave the cloth for drying.
Remember, u need to be very patient...and give attention to the details.

Fabric painting is very easy. I did it when I was ten or so. You can buy assorted colors at Wal-Mart or Hobby Lobby. They come in a bottle that has a pointed tip, so you basically use it like a crayon or marker and draw on the fabric. Let it dry. That's it. It's fun!

There would probably be classes you could take at craft stores like JoAnn's or others. You need the see the technique to really understand and follow the instructions. Also, they could guide you in getting the best paints and brushes.
It's a lot of fun. Hope you find someone who can teach you.
