I think you have to download the pic to your hard drive first (not positive though)...when you have the pic, go into Messenger preferences>My Display Image and click on "Share my picture." on the side is a "Select" button. Press that, and a page will open with some sample pictures, and a Browse button on the side. if you click the Browse button, you can search for the picture you want, select it, and you're set...

You need to join 360.
Put the picture in your 360 gallery and you can then select it as your Yahoo Answers avatar. Double click your avatar for more info.

click on your avatar (if it is yahoo) and it will take you to the page where you can change it.

to choco_mint - when you set up with yahoo answers, it asked you if you wanted a face (as you have) or to use your avatar - I think you can go back and change this by clicking your username.

I don't understand why all these people are saying they don't know but yet they have one up on this yahoo answers? Mine shows up only when I log in that I can see but not on my IM or anywhere else. I see people have all types of photos and even logos there?
