You can block certain pages using the Tools>Internet Options>Privacy tab. Click the Sites button and you can enter the web page and click Block!

Otherwise you may need IE's content advisor.

go to siteadvisor.com and download the program. It will warn you if you're opening a bad page, and will block pages that they believe can actually harm you (though if you insist, you can still open them). It's absolutely free, it works on both IE and Firefox (just download the right version), and just takes up a bit of space on your toolbar. The site advisor website itself has some examples of what it does...for example, if you're searching in Google or Yahoo, it will warn you about results that are bad. In addition, some programs (though I think paid ones) do the same thing...Spyware Doctor, for one, and Zone Alarm Pro have both blocked me from accessing sites containing malware.
