Man , you aint kidding. The worst is when you're talking to someone, and right in the middle of the conversation, they pull out thier phone and start dialing.

I like having a cheap one for emergency's, because our car sucks, but I hate that people think that they have to be on the phone 24/7. It's ridiculous, get off the phone and check out nature or the world around you. Talk when you're home, nobody wants to hear the conversation that you have going on. I'm really not trying to say that you, in particular, are talking up on the phone, just a small vent about arseholes on cellphones.

I do too! I new a fella once who had two of them!
I feel some peeps get them just to show others they actually get phone calls, like a ego booster.
Where we live there are dead spots all over. You will see peeps stopped by the side of the road talking. I wish everyone would pull over while talking on there phones if they are going to have one, Be responsible with it....

I prefer not to carry one. I had one for two years...but who wants to be available ALL the time? And why carry a phone that is turned off? That's what public phones are for: making phone calls if you don't have one available. Also, who wants to be potentially tracked by GPS? Not I, thank you! ;)

I wouldn't be without it, but it's only for necessity, not for gabbing. I don't gab on the phone at home much but never on the cell. Keep track of the family, emergency, etc, but no gab.
