One of the reasons astronauts go into space is to conduct experiments, to discover how weightlessness affects the human body. They eat, sleep, excersize and yes probably have sex. Most astronauts are males, but some are females, so I would be surprised if they had not had sex in space. You have probably heard of the mile high club, I bet the idea came from an astronaut.
