Even a general is expected to apologize to the grunts when he screws up so unless you consider yourself a piece of property, an apology is owed if it is due. No matter what relationship it is, whether it be spouses, or neighbourhood hot dog stand customer, excessive pride is a killer.

Where ever did you get the idea it was wrong for a husband to apologize to his wife?
If he's human he should always apologize for whatever it is he has done wrong no matter what it is and the same goes for the wife too.
It's just good up-bringing to apologize when you're in the wrong no matter what.
My guess is he isn't perfect and there fore he most definitely should apologize and there is nothing wrong with it either but if he doesn't apologize then that's where it's really wrong.

Hello,
If you did something or said something in the heat of an argument or just matter of fact, and felt horrible about your statement(s)and thought about it and realized that it was wrong what you said to your husband. I hope you would apologize ASAP. It would be the same for your husband,I hope he would apologize to you.
I know lots of times in the past-up to the future ,i have hurt my significant
other and i felt horrible about it,so I apologize and i hope he doesn't hold it against me.Have you ever been hurt by a comment your husband said. You
probally are mad and sulk until he apologizes. Than sometimes an apologys
do not mean a thing, until time has passed.
Look at it this way, at least he cared enough a nd loves you enogh to know that he messed up big time.Always remember not to take your husband for granted and the same goes for him.

hahahaha. Not at all. Its just excuse. why should he hesitate for it. If he have done wrong sure he must ask apologize. so that a relationship will grow. Its common for all relationship.
The people who are true and honest will go for apologize.
Coz no one is 100% perfect. we all do some mistakes in life. So nothing wrong in apologize.
Husband & wife relationship is a very important relationship in our life. It brightens our life. It will build us to nice suituation if we utilize it in a right way, otherwise it may even crush our life to bad end.
Even there are some type who use to ask excuse without doing anything wrong. Its just to solve the problem, Incase if his wife accuse him.

No, if he screws up, he should.
At the same time, i've known some women, who believe they are mrs right, and if they are wrong, they blame someone else.
We're all human...responsiblity, is key in a marriage. If you break a plate, or say her mother's a troll, either you have to back up your statement, or apologize.
Granted, if he doesn't making him sleep on the couch, is setting yourself up for a bad time....but even worse, silent treatments give time, to think about anything else, you might have said, to make him more frustrated.
If you're married, you're to love each other, no matter what...in sickness and in health, for richer for poorer, as long as you both shall live.
And nothing about obey.*s*

Why would that be wrong, we all make mistakes and need to be forgiven. Unless it is a continual thing then I'm sorry doesn't mean much. Or if you are going for the He man John Wayne type you may not like it.
