Probably yes, but what do you considder many?
Germany is an open country and people are allowed to immigrate into Germany under certain circumstances.
I would expect most Afghanis in Germany to be refugies.
The majority of in Germany living Imigrants are people coming from Turkey, followed by Italy and Serbia.
People from Afganistan are on 23rd place on the list I could find and looking at the number would they not make more then a single digit percentage of all imigrants in Germany.
So I really wonder were your question is coming from. Imigrants are very valuable to any country and it does not matter were they come from

yeah they are lots of them there,
but if u find see more afghani u may go to iran.
and the city call mashhad that is close to afghanestan.
its like looooooots of them there too.

yeah.they went there for job but they stay there forever and never go to their country.
