No you cannot. but you can withdraw using visa but it would be at the foreign currencies + 2% admin fees

Well, you would just be depositing it in your Visa account, not your bank account. Unless your bank is the one issuing the Visa. In that case, you need to make sure that your bank account and your credit card account are linked.
