Rashmi, why do u want to save your marriage if he is beating you. Leave him as soon as u can. Get a good lawyer and also a doctor's certificate that you have been beaten.

Well, if he's abusing you, I'd get out of there, no one should be treated poorly. As far as Indian law goes, I think divorce, since there are no kids involved, is pretty simple. he takes his stuff, you take your stuff, and you both seperate. I wouldn't reccomend getting back together with him, if he's going to beat you, that's pure foolishness.
Also, you should be able to find love again, just look for one that doesn't act like him.
