First, Management and Leadership are two different subjects such as night and day, Management's role is to move an organization toward its goals by making numbers work, such as number of employees, meeting deadlines, and overall minimizing the company's input and maximizing its earnings at any cost. Management does not take into consideration the human value, it is only concerned with numbers and making them work for the organization.
