A script is a relatively short program that is run by an interpreter (as opposed to running compiled binary programs). I assume you want to block scripts in your web browser. Click Tools->Internet Options, and poke around in the tabs until you see some reference to scripts. But be careful not to restrict them too much, because many sites require Javascript to be enabled to work properly. Good luck!
