I've bought two pairs of 505 Levi's jeans yesterday at the Mall. I went home, tried them on, and found that one of the two pairs was too tight ion the butt area. Also, I couldn't even put my hands in my packets because the jeans were so tight.

The other pair, which was the same size, was ok. But the other one is a little too tight.

I had the same problem last year when I was buying Levi's jeans. But the problem was the opposite. The jeans were too big.

Why do I have these problems when I buy jeans? Their either too big or too small. Is it the way the jeans are made?

It is not you, it is the way they are marking the sizes. I hate buying new jeans these days!

It's the way they are cut. Even though they are all made from the same model no two jeans are exactly alike, that's why you need to try them on before you buy them.
Also you should know that some levis have tracking chips in them, they say it's for market research.
