Do you go to the Chiropractor once in a while? It would be adviseable as they do it the right way. You can do it in between, but to get everything in alignment you should go.
I've never heard of it causing a stroke, but I have heard of it causing arthritis....
My family does it all the time, they feel better afterwards and our Dr. doesn't disagree with it...soooo

of course it is.... its not true that it increase the chance of stroke.. BUT it incerease the chance for you to get osteo related illness like rheuma later your age..... the cracking sound that you hear everytime you twist your head are actually AIR.. they are actually more popping sound than cracking sound.... this air are the one that causes rheuma and other disorders....

and also its dangerous coz there is a chance that the certain vein will snap inside the gap that is made everytime you crack your neck..

STOP IT.... <---- :)

I don't know about a stroke, but now they say that cracking your joints actually PREVENTS arthritis and doesn't cause it. I saw that on TV and read it in a magazine.

No, it cannot. However if you STOP cracking your neck now, you will increase the risk of arthritis in it as you get older. You now have to keep it lose to keep the arthritis away.
