first of all how old are u, Actually u need to start this plan from an early stage may be from the ager of 8-10year and then u will land up with a perfect body and very good stamina. If u r over aged then just don't even think of it..

you will have to train and take acting classes for at least 2 years. or you can go to wwe.com and look for the word tryouts on the side of the page they will tell you what cities they will be looking for new talent in . and if you are interested you will have to send in an application and if they like the application than they will give you the time and the day to be there for the tryouts.

Find a good training school near where you live. You don't wanna be learning that the hard way. And then just block the possibilty of getting hurt out of your mind. Don't think about what might happen, just do it and you'll be fine.

practice constantly
get into a good wrestling school where they teach you how to fall and learn technique and then if you are lucky, mr mcmahon will notice you and give you a try

Train yourself up,ask other people to beat you up,that is really how wrestlers prepare for the pain, boxers also use this method.Just ask them to hit you quite softly, then move on to harder blows.

practice, practice, practice
my coach told me this practice makes perfect, but it really doesnt because "Perfect Practice Makes Perfect"
just go with the flow and try to forget about getting hurt, i think about getting hurt once in a while , but it really goes away
