I would like to see different views from both the men's point, and the women. And please give me your reasoning as to why it is you have the opinion that you do. Thanks :)

As far as an age gap, I'd say ten to fifteen years. The difference in age gets more significant as the older one ages. For instance a 70 year old and a 55 year old are probably headed in different directions. When they are younger, say 21 and 36, they may not share many interests. The ultimate thing is to have "that connection." That's when age won't matter.

I think age does matter, independent of the actual number. I wouldn't say there is a time in your life when you can say that age isn't important, because it is. People who have the same age are related not only through a number, but a certain way of relating to life, they are from the same generation and have similar ways of dealing with certain issues. Of course, there are exceptions, but mainly, age matters a lot.

Well, I dont think you can go about seeking your mate based on age. I've liked men younger, and much older than myself. My last boyfriend was 9 years older than me. I was 21, he was 30. It didn't last, but ironically it was because he had trouble growing up. This stuff just happens. Age is just a statistic in most regard, and if there's a true connection, the numbers fade away.

ok..my male point of view.

I dont really think age matters too much....I mean it does to some degree. Its more of maturity level. I remember how I was when I was 18 ( 35 now) and theres just no way I was as mature mentally as a 28 year old woman. I may have thought I was then...
I was 21 dating a 32 year old woman but when I think of it she was very immature for her age.

Age never been a problem for me...
For the matter of fact, i prefer mature guys who are around 5-8 years older than me.
I believe if two are in love, age really isn't a problem at all.

Nothing to do with us once you become responsible adults, only for the couples involved!

How many of you are going through life worrying about what others think?

If both male and female are of legal age and have strong enough feelings for each other....then I see nothing wrong with it.

AGE DOESNT MATTER WHEN IT COMES TO LOVE. Even a 30 years old can fall in love with 50 co'z its just love.
