Sell the PROJECT-features, highlights, location,strengths,
economic advantages, specific unit or lot,price and payment
terms, computation

People buy from people they trust and from professionals
The deciding factor in the process.The goal in presenting.

most everything said above are important to get a deal moving, however what every top salesman does proficiently to close those deals is >>"ask"<< for the sale!

Frequently... that's what makes them top salesmen.

Everyone's got a different style, honestly, so there's not any one thing... except, perhaps massive ego.

salespeople are often given an incentive scheme to motivate them.. but basically its good PR, good promotion and a good product..
