eat carbs, only carbs, potatoes, pasts, rice. and drink lots of soda's.

If you're trying to gain weight, you should try to add on around 500 calories to whatever you're eating. You seem to have a high metabolism, so try to eat often, but don't eat unhealthy, because then you'll put on a LOT of weight at one time, and then you won't truly get to your desired weight.

Y the hell would u want to gain weight?!?! some ppl try a lot of stupid diets and lipo and sh.it like that just to LOSE weight...b happy that u dont even have to watch what u eat....sh.it i would b the happiest person alive if i can eat anything i want and never get fat!! .lol

ok go to mcdonald and get the whole dollar menue and then tell me if ur gainig weight..im sure u would also get pizza ..also eat bananas does make u gain weight like crazy i think dats y i dont eat em..lol

don't over-eat. let your body get used to it, and eventually you will put on some weight.
meanwhile...look on the bright side. it's better to not gain weight easily than to gain 5 pounds for every calorie you take in :)

lucky! just make sure you exercise bc eventually your metablism will slow down. If you drink alchol it will really slow down
