No its an optical illusion, as ur body gets bigger ur dick looks smaller. lol. seriously as long as your not messing with steriods and are body building properly it should make no difference whatsoever

Yes, but it it works longer time (over time) in its office. I require minimum 2 hrs. (with many breaks), mean time the partner may attend multi orgasms. It is advantageous to body builder or sports man (not golf players).
