The formula to make the calculation would be great along with or instead of the answer.

Nominally, it will take 4 1/3 hours. You can calculate it by taking the size of the file and dividing by the bit rate. So:
775MB/50 KB/SEC =
775,000,000 B / 50,000 B/ SEC =
15,500 SEC / 60 SEC/MIN / 60 MIN/HR = 4.3 HR
However, this is only theorectical as the bitrate actually fluctuates greatly druing up-and down-loads.

775*1.024=793.600(Kb) => It takes 15.872 seconds or 4.4 hours. In fact, it takes u more than that to upload with that speed, maybe 5-6 hours. It's very funny when you almost upload it all then suddenly the power cuts off

775 M Bytes * 8 bits/byte * 1024 = 6348800 K bits

6348800 / 50 K bits/s = 126976 seconds

126976 seconds / 3600 s/hour = 35.27 hours
