Don't bother her, she's probably not got a cold if she has not got a runny nose which you've said she has dried boogers. Alot of times babies will get lint or something like that in they're little noses-like from receiving blankets, etc and it will cause them to sneeze. Or it could be the weather, maybe there is not enough humidity in your house golly a number of things. At worst an allergy. It sounds like you might need to run a humidifer and maybe swab alittle neosporin in her nose. If she's not running a fever she's likey ok but if your going into the doctor Monday-The doctor will let you know if something else is up. Hopefully she'll be well and get those shots over with!! Bless her little heart it's hard sometimes to keep them comfy. huh I do envy you-Wish I could have another (to old anyway). Good Luck!!

Sounds like your baby has a cold... and if she has boogers up her nose that could cause her to sneeze... the easiest way to clean her nose is with a warm cloth and hold her head she might not like it but she'll get over it really fast... if her boogers are green take her to a doctor because that would mean an infection... your doctor might not do anything but it's better to play it safe with babies,,,,,,,,, good luck and I hope your little one feels better soon

Learn to have a backbone, she cries because she knows you will stop doing what you are doing if she cries, you are allowing her to take control. Who is the parent, you or her? If you don't keep her nasal passages clear it could lead to a sinus infection which can be a lot of trouble in a little one because sinus infections go hand in hand with ear infections. Besides the poor thing can't breath through all that muck in her nose. Get a humidifier for her bedroom, and next time you see the doctor ask about allergies.

Don't use a bulb syringe on your baby unless you can see the mucous right at the very edges (inside) of her nose. Most of the mucous in a baby's sinuses is farther back, and if you aren't careful with a bulb syringe, you can damage her mucous membranes. Most pediatricians will tell you nowadays not to use one. (Stick one way back in your nose and see how it feels, lol.)
You can use saline nasal drops in her nose. (There's no limit to how often you can use them...as many times a day as you want.) This will help to keep her nasal passages moisturised and also break up some of the sinus drainage/blockage, if she has any.
Also try using a cool mist humidifier in her room to help her breathe better when sleeping.

Instead of using the snot sucker, I use Little Remedies nose drops. They kind of work like a spray nasal decongestant that adults use.
I never liked the snot sucker, because my baby doesn't like it either (what baby does?) and it's quicker. Just a quick couple drops in each nostril and hold his head back for a few seconds, and he'll start to be able to breathe better.
And if you still want to try using the bulb syringe, go ahead and hold her head even if she cries - every baby hates it, but you gotta do what you gotta do. It's best for her! And eventually she'll figure out it means she can breathe easier. :o)
Best wishes!

babies & toddlers get a lot of colds -- better get used to it. and sorry to say but everytime they get sick, you'll get sick too. it's one of those downsides to being a parent :-)
ok, about the dried up boogers ...sometimes you can get one of those squeezy things with the saline solution and moisturize her nose and suck the boogers out, be gentle though. with the cold you just have to make her feel comfortable, give her lots to drink and weather it out. you might want to tell her doctor that she's sick.. and they might postpone the shots if she's got a cold

Thats not cold. When it comes to babies when they have cold they always have fever.
She might be allergic to something. Aircons, carpets, pets, dust etc.
As for cleaning her nose, take a cotton stick, put some baby oil on it and clean her nostrils.
