ummmmmm ok well one week after school end i had my pierod and then did not have it for a while and now 1 week be for school stares i have it again (this runs in my family) is there something roung wit me?or what is a matter wit me bc i am really freaced out so plzzzzzzzzzzz help me i would really aprreacate it thanx for answering

It is absolutely normal to have periods early or late when you have just started getting them. It may take several years for your cycle to become normal.

Don't stress. Periods can be scary at first, but early or late periods in your teens are perfectly normal.

For teenagers this situation is normal. It will continue but gets better as you get older. Make sure not to eat icy stuff - even if it's really hot - during the time. This will get your body gradually into the time line. Don't worry. It's quite normal.

go to bed its to late you have school in a week try spell check and if it runs in the family its fine

well,the best thing to do is you have to consult a doctor to see if u have an infection on your p[eriod..
don't eat too much cold or sour fruits...and take a bath with a warm water to prevent lamig sa katawan...
and drink a lot of water...the best yun!!
