Unless he had a tape recorder running at the time, you will not get in trouble because of what you SAID when you were defending your 11 year old brother. If he had it taped, you could be charged with sexual harassment. You COULD BE charged with assault and battery if he pressed charges against you for bashing his head into a wall. He couldn't charge you with sodomy unless you actually, committed the act.

Threaten to sodomise = Either threat to rape or indecent assault, depending on state. The threat of unwanted sex is a crime WHATEVER his age.
Age 17 = Depends on the state where you are, he might be considered a minor
