how can a 13 year old girl (me) who has alot of style in clothing but has never used a sewing machine make my own clothes?

Take sewing classes - they will teach you the fundamentals that you will need to sew your own clothes. Once you understand how pieces go together to make a garment, and how to properly attach them, you can experiment with designing your own clothes.

If you are motivated enough to want to learn that is great! Find a friend's mom who has a machine and ask if she can teach you some basics, it would be even better if a bunch of your friends learned together.
Get yourself a learning to sew book to help you through the steps.
Kwik sew has a line called Kwik Start that walk you through the steps really easily. Burda has some really fashionable patterns in Junior sizes once you get the basics down.

you can get the same clothes you wear as guides to guide u on the mesure ments and sizing. then get a book about how to use a sewing machines and sew clothing well its hard at the begining but once you keep practincing it gets easier. youll need lots of fabric and thread and a good sweing machine. :)

You might want to take some lessons. Does your school have a class? My junior high did. Take the class. It can start you out...
Talk to any relatives or friends you have who make their clothes, or know how to make clothes. Experiment. Practice. Start out with simple things. Don't try designing a whole brand just yet :)
It may take a while before you're making whole outfits or whatever, but you'll get there...

i noe what you mean, im thriteen too my mom she sews and personally i dont knoe a thing about sewing! anyways you can register for sewing classes since it is the summer after all its never too late to start learning something new! ;D
