Be very very patient, attend to all his request and please him/her.
Never show infront of him/her that you are angry, do it only at the back.
Because, think your customer as MONEY.
After all if you win him/her the reward is yours.

It is never easy to deal with diffcult customer. Nowadays every organisation always treat customer as king and in their mind " customer is always right". So you must know tt you should not quarrel or offend your customer even though they are in the wrong. U just need to beqar with all their critics or unreasonable demands then u can keep your job.
