omg it actually sucks if you do this, but if you just drink water then you add water weight to your body. so what i would do is jsut dont eat past 3pm and do about 50 crunches and 50 situps and stay away from junk foo, try to look at either the calories or the carbs, one or the other thats its but if you decided not to eat anyhting that you will get a lil sick to begin with then after the 3 days, you are going ot be scared to eat something and you will get sickand try to eat like a cracker but you will gross, and fel like you want to cry because you want to eat but you cant...so just watch out hun!! but you will only lose like 3 lbs

I've done that before and I don't suggest trying it. After not eating for three days you feel like your starving and then stuff yourself like a thanksgiving turkey!
