First, any guy worth noticing you has to see the real you. ALWAYS be who you are and never compromise yourself, meaning don't become something "they" want you to be, because... it isn't who "you" are inside. Any guy worth having will like/love you for who you are.
Second, Primp, Primp, Primp! Guys like girls who take care of themselves.
Third, learn how to flirt without being obvious. Eye contact with a little hold time is always good. Add a sweet smile and then look away. Walk near him, and maybe brush up against his shoulder and say,"Oh, I'm sorry!", smile and make eye contact. Or, just go up and say hello and if he says hi back, start a simple conversation. If he is interested in you, he will pursue you.
Remember, don't compromise who you are to please other people. Shine on girly!

I like someone who takes care of their bodies.
So basically I don't like porky pigs, or sickly twigs.
Then I have to be comfortable talking to you and girls have to have some sort of brain. Plus, when girls just listen and then have nothing to say back to you it's really annoying.
Sorry to not be so conformist, but it really is what's on the inside that counts. But i still feel that the way your body looks is relfective with how much you care about yourself if that makes sense.

The most obvious thing is your looks. Make a lot of eye contact. Start a conversation with him if he doesn't, then it is how you treat the person that is attracted to you. Find things that both of you are interested in and spend time talking about them and maybe later share time together doing those things you have in common.

Mostly depends on the guy, but I can safely say that flirting with a guy/ showing off your good qualities and then letting him subtley know that he needs to make the first move is the best thing to do.

Wait till you grow boobs....you won't have to say a damned thing to get them to notice you. The boobs do all the talkin'...they truly are a man's best friend.....and a women's gets us whatever we won't if you know how to use them properly. (And not in a degrading way either. Just in a tactful way...it comes with age)

Well all I could say is be yourself,and oh yeah keep your self looking good,meaning stay dressed to impress,keep your nails,toes,feet,and hair done and control your hygenes but never change who you are for anybody
