You cannot create your own glass at home. It takes special kilns for heating and special products that are melted down in the kilns to create the glass. Specialized tools and equipment are needed to deal with the glass once it is molten, and you have to wear protective clothing. Glass melts only at very high temperatures and you can roast your belly button while trying to handle even a small amount of it, that is if your hands don't burn out first while holding the glass blowing pipe. Get the picture? This is not a do it yourself project!

um..not at all possible without a furnace...the glass has to be well over 2000 degrees, and i doubt you're going to be able to get it that hot in your oven.
