a couple went on holiday for weeks.They asked their neighbour to look after the house while they were away.when they return home ,the wife realized that her safely hidden jewellery went missing on a night of power failure.she was not robbed.her jewellery was lost by accident.how?

the jewellery was hidden in the refrigerator. when there was a power failure the food got spoilt. So the neighbour on discarding the spoilt food threw the jewellery bag hidden in the refrigerator. Simple as that. Am i right. please tell me the answer!!!!!!

It was in the refrigerator or the freezer in a food container. The person who took care of the house found the spoiled food and threw it away.
